Advanced Worksite Traffic Management Non-Practitioner (AWTM-NP) Course

Did you know that MRWA have a new Accreditation Type? Well, it’s called Advanced Worksite Traffic Managment Non-Practitioner.

Running over 4 days this Main Roads WA Accreditation Course, provides participants with the theory and skills required to review TMPs prepared by a person holding an AWTM accreditation and to monitor the implementation and/or undertake surveillance of traffic management schemes.

This MRWA accreditation aligns with the AGTTM Accreditation TMP-NP referenced in the Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management Part 8. 

In Western Australia the tasks this MRWA Accreditation enables you to:

  • Review TMPs prepared by a person holding an AWTM accreditation
  • Monitor implementation and/or
  • Undertake surveillance of traffic management schemes

This level of Main Roads WA accreditation is suited to LGA’s, MRWA, Road Authorities, Approving Officers, Road Authority Approving Personnel, or individuals wishing to undertake training, professional development while continuing to seek ongoing training and refresher training.

Participants will undertake the same theory training and knowledge assessments as the AWTM full course.  However, you will NOT NEED TO undertake the post course assignments.
