The Guys that attended the course said that it was very benefical. Perhaps the only observation I would make is that I did not recieve any notification of the guys passing their course or a copy of their certificate/ticket. While I did not specifically ask for this I will use this feedback opportunity to recommend this service to the employers of people you train. Having said that we acknowledge the quality of your training and will be sending anybody that requires futher training to KTS.

Kelyn Training Services has a fully equipped training centre available for hire by the hour or on a daily basis. It is conveniently located in Welshpool with ample free parking and WiFi throughout. Unit 1 comfortably seats 40 lecture style or 30 classroom style. Unit 4 comfortably seats 15 classroom style or can be arranged for board room type meetings. Equipment includes a data projector, smart TV, screens and whiteboards. Full administration support is available – phone, fax, photocopier, email and laminating. It has reverse cycle air conditioning and full kitchen facilities plus an on site café for your catering requirements.

I liked the layout of the course and there were plenty of breaks which helped stay focused. The course was straight forward and easy to understand,also the trainer was really switched on and had experience in many related fields which was a bonus
Just in relation to yesterdays course I was wondering if you could pass on my thanks to the trainer Jason. He did some extensive talking about mental health and effective management of it (through EAPs and seeking help etc) and given my personal experience with mental illness I know how important (and potentially life saving) it is for people to communicate and talk about it, in particular men (who are terrible at it) which most of the class was. He also stated that he had personal experience with mental illness and although it may seem minor to mention it the more and more men that normalise and talk about mental health the more men might be willing to seek help if they need it. It was just really great to see that discussed, even though it was brief, in that environment. Thanks again,
