As you are about to register to attend face to face training with us, it is imperative that you are well informed of the terms and conditions of your registration.

Please ensure that all required fields of the registration form are completed
Most courses have some pre-requisites attached to them, therefore you will need to be able to verify these pre-requisites before submitting your registration.
You are required to bring photo ID [eg, passport, driver's licence] and white card to the course. Kelyn Training Services has White Card courses available online www.kelyn.managemysales.com.au or face to face (see training calendar)

Registrations are accepted on a first in first served basis.
In the event that the course you have selected has no vacancies available you will be directed to our training calendar to select alternative dates.
Payment details.
- Individuals, you will be required to make payment via our PayPal site so please have your credit or debit card ready.
  - If you do not have a credit or debit card you will be required to call into our office to complete the registration form and make payment.
  - Individual registrations cannot be accepted without prior payment.
- Companies, you will be required to enter a valid Purchase Order number to secure your registrations. Terms for payment are 14 day's net unless by prior arrangement.
  - For Companies that don't have a valid Purchase Order then they too will be required to make payment via our PayPal site so please have your credit or debit card handy.
  - If your company does not have either Purchase Orders or Credit Cards then you will be required to call into our office to complete the registration form and make payment.
- A 2.5% finance charge is applied for credit card payments made over the counter
Once your registration has been received and processed, KTS will forward to you formal confirmation via email.
In the event you need to cancel or transfer your registration, KTS requires 3 working day's notice for courses of up to 8hrs duration.
7 working day's notice is required for withdrawals or cancellation for courses of up to 8hrs duration.
NO REFUNDS/CREDITS/TRANSFERS are given for late withdrawals or failure to attend. Full course fees are applied and forfeited.
Individuals claiming the Construction Training Fund Subsidy will be required to provide evidence of eligibility by way of completing a Work History form.
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of recent changes by the Construction Training Fund, the THEORY components of the following courses are no longer eligible for subsidies.

1. Basic Worksite Traffic Management (RIIOHS302A)

2. Traffic Control (RIIOHS205A)

However, upon successful completion of both the theory and practical components (Log Books) a claim can be made for the entire course. Conditions apply so please refer to our courses page and select the training combination that best suits your requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that the Construction Training Fund refuses your eligibility to claim subsidised training, full course fees will apply.
